Where I Found My $16 Veil and Other Affordable Veil Options

Weddings are so freakin expensive. It's sad how fast all the costs add up! Thankfully there are ways to find beautiful veils that won't cost you $250-$300 (the average bridal shop price tag)!

For me, I knew I wanted a simple, chapel length veil so it wouldn't take away from my dress! (If you're looking for something with a little more design to it, you'll want to skip down to the next section!)

And in my search for the perfect veil, I came across another bride's recommendation for a $16 veil from Amazon, say whaaaaaaat!?!

Of course, I was a bit skeptical, but I figured, eh what the heck. It's $16, plus I could always just return it.

AND GUESS WHAT!

It arrived in the mail EXACTLY as described! I was beyond ecstatic!

Here are some photos from my wedding day!

I absolutely loved the chapel length and highly, highly recommend taking advantage of this steal of a deal from Amazon! I purchased the ivory Cathedral length veil titled: Light Ivory & B & 108'' Long. They also have shorter ones, and white ones! And at the time, it was $16! But you'll want to check the current price here!

Though this veil I found is actually a bit longer than a chapel length - technically a cathedral - I was able to easily cut the tulle to the perfect length I desired! SO WORTH SAVING $200+ dollars!

Other Affordable Options

Other places you can consider looking for affordable veils include buying a preowned veil from Tradesy or eBay. Or consider asking one of your close married friends if she would lend your her veil to use as your "something borrowed"!

If you still haven't found something you love from one of these sites, there's still no need to spend $250-$300 on a veil. Etsy is more expensive than the Amazon option, but still way more affordable than the average bridal shop price. And these veils are STUNNING! Here are some of my favorite Etsy finds linked below!

As I write this, all veils linked below are between $75-$150 and highly recommend by other brides!

If you still haven't found something you're looking for, keep looking around on Etsy. They have so many other gorgeous veils for decent prices! But again, if you're just looking for a plain, simple long veil. Go check out the one I got on Amazon here! I absolutely loved it!
