Blush Tones, Burgundy, and Navy Blue Wedding Color Palette

So you're thinking about choosing shades of blush and burgundy for your bridesmaids? Well, I couldn't recommend this color palette more, because look how beautiful all these mismatched dresses turned out!

I absolutely loved the color palette we chose and I wanted to put together this blog to help other brides get a head start on where to find everything if you're considering something similar!

The Bridesmaids:

I told my girls they were allowed to find their dress anywhere as long as it was within the blush and burgundy color palette. However, out of convenience most of the girls just chose to get it from David's Bridal, since that is where I found the color palette I was hoping for.

The colors I picked were: Wine, Chianti, Ballet, and Petal:

To make sure that everyone wasn't in the same color, I allowed my maid of honor to pick her dress color first, and then I just went down the list one at a time and made sure there would be enough girls in pink and enough in the darker shade.

My maid of honor chose the darkest color "Wine", which was perfect because I wanted her to stand out, as well as my mom.

However, it looks like there are similar colors under different names from other places online. I've seen "Cinnamon Rose or Canyon Rose, Dusty Rose"

The Groomsmen:

The guys wore tuxes from Jos A Banks and pink Saddlebred ties on sale from Belk. But you can't really see the pink ties in the photo above, so here is closer up of the actual tie color!

The Flowers:

So I actually DIY'd my own flowers from Trader Joe's. If this is something you're considering, I highly recommend checking out my other blog post about how I literally saved over $2,000 because of it! The photo to the right is a pic of when I practiced making my bouquet at home!

With this color palette, I wanted to tie everyone's colors together by adding in the blush pink into the bouquet. I've seen other brides with the color palette also tie in burgundy flowers into their bouquets, but since my maid of honor was the only one in burgundy I chose to just stick to using blush, white, and greenery, which also made it look more appropriate for an August wedding.

Below is a photo of all the flowers I used to create these bouquets! (Again, if you want more details about this, check out my other blog post here!)

I even had two large outdoor flower displays:

However, if you prefer to have other colors in there, here are some beautiful examples of how to incorporate darker flowers into your bouquets!

The Decor:

As for the decor, I also DIY'd this light-up wedding love sign, I have another blog on how to easily make this with dollar tree material! To tie in our colors, I just used more of the same type of flowers that I used for our bouquets at our sweetheart table!

The Invitations:

And finally, I also wanted to share with you my invitations (I also made these)!

So there you have it, my wedding using a navy blue, blush tones, and burgundy color palette!! Hope this was helpful!
